From its ideal setting above the luxurious Christopher Hôtel in peaceful Pointe Milou, Villa Alizé d'Eden (Eden's Breeze) provides fantastic views of the sea and the north coast. The open living space and pool area were designed to take advantage of the lovely vista while the bedrooms provide excellent privacy for two couples or a couple with children. The gorgeous beaches of Lorient, Marigot and Grand Cul-de-Sac are only a few minutes away.

BEDROOMS: The bedrooms, each with four-poster queen bed and sea view, are located on either side of the living room. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a private bathroom with shower.
LIVING / DINING: The large living / dining area, comfortably furnished in contemporary rattan and teak, opens to the terrace, pool and view. There is a TV, VCR, DVD player, a stereo CD system and WiFi internet access.
KITCHEN: The galley style kitchen of Villa Alizé d'Eden includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffeemaker and place settings for 6 persons. There is an outdoor charcoal BBQ.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth
RESTRICTIONS: Children under 5 years of age and pets are not allowed.

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.
RATES FOR THIS VILLA
High season: January 11 to April 15
1 or 2 bedrooms: $4,200 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
2 bedrooms: $2,700 per week
1 bedroom: $2,300 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10

Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
