BEDROOMS: One bedroom with king bed is located in the main building with the living room and kitchen. The second bedroom is located in a separate bungalow and furnished with a queen bed. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a private bathroom with shower.
LIVING / DINING: The cool, airy living room, furnished in whites with natural woods for contrast, opens to the terrace and pool. Villa Alta Vista's furnishings include a television, DVD player, stereo system and WiFi internet access. There is a dining table on the covered terrace overlooking the pool and a second table with market umbrella in the intimate garden.
KITCHEN: The kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee maker and place settings for 6 persons.
RESTRICTIONS: No pets
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

We accept credit cards up to a maximum of $5,000 per reservation at no additional charge (MasterCard, Visa and American Express). For our clients outside of North America, we can accept only American Express.
Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.

High season: January 11 to April 15
2 bedrooms: $3,400 per week
1 bedroom: $2,900 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
2 bedrooms: $2,200 per week
1 bedroom: $1,800 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10

Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
