The terrace also welcomes tiny tropical birds passing through on their busy rounds.
Spectacular, unobstructed sea and sunset views, along with excellent privacy and nearby Gouverneur Beach, are all part of the peaceful ambience. While Villa Avalon's location is only 5 minutes from Gustavia, the hills prevent light pollution, making the pool area a perfect setting for nighttime viewing of the Caribbean sky.

BEDROOMS: There are two bedrooms on the main level, one king and one queen; the very spacious third bedroom is located on the lower level with twin beds, a sitting area, and its own private terrace. This bedroom can accommodate a third person with the owner's approval. All three air conditioned bedrooms have garden views and private bathrooms with showers. The king bedroom is equipped with a safe.
LIVING / DINING AREAS: The oversized covered terrace offers sweeping views, seating for twenty or more persons, and a large dining table that comfortably seats eight. There is a TV, VCR and a stereo CD player. The large pool is located on a raised deck adjacent to the petanque court and offers comfortable lounge chairs, pool floats, and additional dining tables.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster and coffeemaker plus place settings for ten persons. There is also an outdoor gas BBQ.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.
