BEDROOMS: The two air-conditioned bedrooms (one king, one queen bed) open to both the interior of the villa and to the garden; both enjoy a view of the bay. The king bedroom has a private, ensuite bath with shower and is equipped with a safe. The queen bedroom's bathroom with shower is accessed via the hallway.
LIVING / DINING: Villa Azur's contemporary living room is air-conditioned and features a unique suspended lounging couch with a great view of the large screen, US satellite TV with DVD player. There is also a stereo CD player and high speed WiFi Internet access. A large dining table is located on the covered terrace adjacent to the kitchen.
KITCHEN: The air-conditioned kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster and coffeemaker. There is an outdoor gas BBQ.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.

High season: January 11 to April 15
2 bedrooms: $5,800 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
2 bedrooms: $3,600 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10

Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
