Villa Blue Swan's sensational new infinity pool features a spacious deck and a swim-up bar with a covered gazebo. The convenient location of this comfortable retreat offers quick access to the white sands of gorgeous Gouverneur Beach as well as the famous restaurants and boutiques of Gustavia.

BEDROOMS: Each of the five spacious bedrooms is located in a separate bungalow, providing a high degree of privacy. The master bedroom with king bed, garden view and safe, is also equipped with a TV and VCR. The remaining bedrooms, two with a sea view and two with garden views, are all furnished with queen beds. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and a private bathroom with shower. (The fifth bedroom is only available during the Winter Holidays. It has a queen bed, garden view and open-air shower.)
LIVING / DINING: Overlooking Villa Blue Swan's terrace, pool and view, the expansive living room is furnished with couches and a comfortable day bed. Living room furnishings also include French satellite TV (with CNN and several other channels in English), a DVD player, a CD stereo system, and WiFi high speed Internet access. A dining table for twelve is located on the covered terrace.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, grill, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, espresso machine and coffeemaker. The kitchen grill replaces a BBQ.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.

2 bedrooms: $13,000 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
3 or 4 bedrooms: $13,000 per week
