BEDROOM: Furnished with a king bed, the bedroom enjoys a sea view, air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, window screens, and a bathroom with shower.
LIVING / DINING: The comfortable living room of Villa Bois Joli opens to the terrace and view. It's equipped with French satellite TV (CNN and several other channels in English) plus a stereo CD system. There's an interior dining table adjacent to the kitchen and a second table on the terrace.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster and coffeemaker plus place settings for four.
ACCESS: A 4 WD vehicle recommended for this villa as well as the hilly terrain of St. Barth
RESTRICTIONS: Children are not allowed.

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.
RATES FOR THIS VILLA
High season: January 11 to April 15
1 bedroom: $1,950 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
1 bedroom: $1,400 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10

Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
