This inviting hillside villa enjoys a beautiful view of the sea at Marigot Bay. Villa Bougainvilliers is built around natural rock formations using terra cotta flooring and whitewashed walls. The intimate beach at Marigot Bay is a short walk downhill and the magnificent sands of Lorient are only a few minutes away.

BEDROOMS: Each bedroom is located at the opposite side of the house for more privacy. The living room, dining room and kitchen separate the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms include a four-poster queen bed, private bathroom with shower, air-conditioning (quiet split system) and ceiling fan.
LIVING ROOM / DINING ROOM: Villa Bougainvilliers has a large living and dining room facing the terrace, the pool and the ocean. The living room is separated from the terrace and pool by a sliding glass door and is furnished with antiques, a sofa and 2 large chairs and table. Gear includes US satellite TV, VCR, stereo CD and a fax machine. Living room and dining room have ceiling fans. The dining room has a table for 6 persons. A terrace, with pool and lounge chairs, surrounds the pool.
KITCHEN: Equipment includes, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, blender, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and place settings for 8, plus an outdoor BBQ.
EXTRAS: DSL and WiFi Internet access.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.

High season: January 11 to April 15
2 bedrooms: $3,500 per week
1 bedroom: $3,000 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
2 bedrooms: $2,650 per week
1 bedroom: $2,300 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10
