This luxurious villa provides secluded privacy and breathtaking views from its majestic perch high atop the breezy hills of Colombier.

BEDROOMS: The elegant bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the villa for maximum privacy. Both air-conditioned bedrooms include king beds, US satellite TV, VCR, and private, open-air bathrooms. One bedroom has a sauna adjacent to its bathroom.
LIVING / DINING: The large living room with white walls, floors and furnishings, punctuated by large tropical plants and spectacular views, opens onto the spacious terrace and pool. Entertainment gear includes US satellite TV, VCR, DVD and stereo CD system. The dining table off the kitchen seats six.
KITCHEN: The kitchen of Villa Byzance is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster and coffee maker. There are place settings for 6 and a charcoal BBQ.
EXTRAS: Wifi Internet access, fax machine
RESTRICTIONS: No children under 10 years of age. No pets.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.

High season: January 11 to April 15
2 bedrooms: $8,700 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
2 bedrooms: $5,775 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10

Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
