Featuring private access to the sea from its waterfront garden property on beautiful Marigot Bay, extraordinary Villa Captiva offers excellent privacy, distinctive furnishings and a variety of welcome amenities. Two bedrooms are available year-round. The owner's master suite is available for the holidays and on special request.

BEDROOMS: One bedroom with queen bed and a large private bathroom with shower is located in the main house. The second, expansive bedroom is located in a separate bungalow and provides two full size beds, a sitting area, a kitchenette and a private bathroom with shower. The owner's master suite, available for the holidays and upon request at other times, is also located in a separate bungalow at pool level with queen bed, TV/DVD player, and a private bathroom with separate tub and shower. All three bedrooms feature sea views, air-conditioning, private safe, and beautiful, colorful fabrics.
LIVING / DINING: The spacious living room of Villa Captiva, elegantly furnished in neutral tones, opens to the large covered terrace with additional seating. An office on the mezzanine includes a TV, DVD and CD players, a fax machine and an Internet connection. There's a dining table for six adjacent to the kitchen, a poolside table, and another dining area in the shady side garden near the gas BBQ and the lovely Thai gazebo with additional seating.
KITCHEN: The oversized kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker and place settings for ten persons. There is an outdoor gas BBQ.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

We accept credit cards up to a maximum of $5,000 per reservation at no additional charge (MasterCard, Visa and American Express). For our clients outside of North America, we can accept only American Express.
Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.
