Gustavia and the beautiful beaches of St. Jean and Flamands are only minutes away from this convenient location.

BEDROOMS: All three bedrooms have quiet, split-system air-conditioning. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with shower. There is a second king bedroom and a queen bedroom which share one bathroom with shower.
LIVING / DINING : Villa Caribbean Breeze's large living/dining area overlooks the pool and view. There is a formal dining table off the living area as well as an informal breakfast table just off the kitchen. The living room includes US satellite TV, DVD and a stereo CD system.
KITCHEN: Equipment includes, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. The kitchen has place settings for 8, and there is an outdoor BBQ.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth
RESTRICTIONS: Pets are not allowed.

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.
