Located high in the hills, this stylish hideaway combines colorful decor with contemporary furnishings. The latest in audio/video equipment along with WiFi Internet access complete this inviting vacation retreat.

BEDROOMS: The air-conditioned bedrooms, located on either side of the living and dining area, enjoy sea views and are furnished with king beds. Each is equipped with an LCD TV and DVD player, window screens, ceiling fan, a safe and a private bathroom with shower.
LIVING / DINING: The open living and dining area overlooks the small pool and the unforgettable vista. Villa C'est La Vue is also equipped with an LCD TV with US satellite plus DVD and CD players, an iPod connection, as well as high speed WiFi Internet access. The dining table is located adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably seats six.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. There is an outdoor gas BBQ.
ACCESS: 4WD vehicle is recommended for this villa and the hilly terrain of St. Barth.

We accept credit cards up to a maximum of $5,000 per reservation at no additional charge (MasterCard, Visa and American Express). For our clients outside of North America, we can accept only American Express.
Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.
RATES FOR THIS VILLA
High season: January 11 to April 15
1 or 2 bedrooms: $7,500 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
2 bedrooms: $4,900 per week
1 bedroom: $3,900 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10

Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
