Sunset views of the lovely bay of Petit Cul-de-Sac can be enjoyed from the rooms, the pool and the inviting covered terrace. Villa Chambord is one of the few villas in St. Barth that includes air-conditioning in the living, dining and kitchen areas.
RECREATION FACILITIES: Heated pool and separate jacuzzi
BEDROOMS: All three oversized bedrooms are air-conditioned. Each has a king bed, private bathroom with shower and sea view.
LIVING/DINING AREA: The spacious living/dining area with modern furnishings is air-conditioned and equipped with US satellite TV, DVD, VCR and a stereo CD system. A large, covered terrace provides a second living area, and there is a second dining area located under the charming poolside gazebo.
KITCHEN: The large, fully-equipped kitchen of Villa Chambord includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster and coffee-maker. There is a gas BBQ outdoors.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

We accept credit cards up to a maximum of $5,000 per reservation at no additional charge (MasterCard, Visa and American Express). For our clients outside of North America, we can accept only American Express.
Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.

High season: January 11 to April 15
3 bedrooms: $9,000 per week
1 or 2 bedrooms: $8,000 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
3 bedrooms: $6,000 per week
2 bedrooms: $5,200 per week
1 bedroom: $4,500 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10

Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
