This splendid villa is set high in the hills of Anse des Cayes, offering excellent privacy and 180 degree views. Villa Claridge's convenient location is just a five minutes' drive from restaurants, shopping and famous beach of St. Jean Bay. Refined sophistication is evident in the furnishings and works of art throughout this fully air-conditioned villa, which features the best in high-tech equipment and a sea view from every room. Numerous dining and sitting areas, a large view deck below the pool, and a private stairway to the beach are among the many amenities awaiting you at this distinctive villa.

BEDROOMS: Four of the elegant bedrooms have king beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, telephones, terraces, and private bathrooms with showers. Two of these king bedrooms have TVs, and two are equipped with small refrigerators. The fifth bedoom is actually a large, air-conditioned, dorm-style sleeping area located in the main house on the pool (lower) level. This area is furnished with twin and bunk beds to accommodate up to 6 children or staff members.
LIVING / DINING: The spacious, air-conditioned living room adjoins the comfortable TV room with its large flat screen US satellite TV, a DVD player and a stereo with CD player. Both the living and TV rooms are tastefully furnished in white and quality hardwoods. A powder room is located nearby. There are several wonderful dining options, including an interior area with a table for eight next to the open kitchen, a second table for eight on the covered terrace overlooking the sea, and a massive table for 15 under the inviting gazebo near the villa's entrance. Additionally, Villa Claridge is equipped with an emergency generator, two safes, a high speed Internet connection, and a fax machine.
KITCHEN: Air-conditioned and complete with high quality equipment including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and place settings for fifteen. There is an outdoor gas BBQ.
ACCESS: 4WD vehicle not required for this villa but is recommended for the island's hilly terrain.
