BEDROOMS: Both bedrooms enjoy sea views and are furnished with king beds, quiet air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Each bedroom includes a private bathroom with shower. There is a personal safe in one of the bedrooms.
LIVING / DINING: Opening to the terrace, pool and view, the comfortable living room of Villa Deep Blue offers two sitting areas. Amenities include satellite TV with plasma screen, DVD, a stereo CD system and WiFi Internet access. Dining can be enjoyed indoors or poolside under the gazbeo.
KITCHEN: Fully-equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster and coffee maker. The kitchen has place settings for 6. A BBQ is also available.
RESTRICTIONS: Owner must approve guests with children and an additional damage deposit may be required.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

We accept credit cards up to a maximum of $5,000 per reservation at no additional charge (MasterCard, Visa and American Express). For our clients outside of North America, we can accept only American Express.
Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.

High season: January 11 to April 15
2 bedrooms: $5,900 per week
1 bedroom: $4,700 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
2 bedrooms: $4,500 per week
1 bedroom: $3,500 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10

Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
