BEDROOMS: Each bedroom has a king bed, a private bathroom with shower, ceiling fan and air conditioning (split system / very quiet).
LIVING / DINING: Villa L'Eclair has a very large living and dining room area facing the terrace, the pool and the ocean. The furnishings include a large sofa and two big chairs, table, US satellite TV, DVD, stereo CD system and ceiling fans. The dining room has a table for 4 persons. The terrace is around the pool with lounge chairs. WiFi internet access.
KITCHEN: Equipment includes stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, blender, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and place settings for 10. Outdoor BBQ.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth
RESTRICTIONS: Pets are not allowed.

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.

High season: January 11 to April 15
2 bedrooms: $4,000 per week
1 bedroom: $3,300 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
2 bedrooms: $3,200 per week
1 bedroom: $2,500 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10
