Located in the private estate of Domaine de Levant, just a short walk from the lovely beach at Petit Cul-de-Sac, luxurious Villa Gaiacs offers beautiful views from all rooms as well as the covered terrace and pool area. Comfortable, sophisticated furnishings throughout make this private home a gracious retreat for three couples or a family. It was named after the gaiacs, protected local trees that blossom with lavender flowers.
RECREATION FACILITIES: Pool. Domaine du Levant has two private tennis courts next to the beach, reserved for the exclusive use of residents.
BEDROOMS: The three sea view bedrooms include one king and two queen beds. Each bedroom has quiet, split system air-conditioning, ceiling fan, and a private bathroom with shower.
LIVING / DINING: The spacious, airy living room of Villa Gaiacs with its high ceiling and fans opens onto the terrace with views of the pool and the sea beyond. Both areas feature a pleasing blend of high quality rattan and Caribbean hardwood furnishings. US satellite TV, DVD and and a stereo CD system provide the indoor entertainment. There is a small interior dining area and a dining table for 8 on the covered terrace.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster and coffeemaker, plus place settings for 8.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth
RESTRICTIONS: Pets are not allowed.

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.
