Set on a hillside above the luxurious Christopher Hôtel in peaceful Pointe Milou, this inviting hideaway offers beautiful views of the sea and the north coast. The open living space and pool area of Villa Grand Carenage were designed to take advantage of the lovely vista while the bedrooms provide excellent privacy for two couples or a couple with children. The beaches of Lorient, Marigot and Grand Cul-de-Sac are only a few minutes away.

BEDROOMS: The bedrooms, each with a queen bed, are located on either side of the living room. Both are air-conditioned with sea views and include a private bathroom with shower.
LIVING ROOM / DINING ROOM: The large living / dining room, furnished in tasteful rattan and tropical pastels, opens to the terrace and pool. There is satellite TV (primarily French channels), a DVD player, a fax machine and a stereo CD system.
KITCHEN: Villa Grand Carenage's galley style kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee maker and place settings for 6 persons. There is an outdoor BBQ.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth
RESTRICTIONS: Pets are not allowed.

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.

2 bedrooms: $4,000 per week
1 bedroom: $3,400 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
2 bedrooms: $3,200 per week
1 bedroom: $2,500 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10
