With its warm Mediterranean color scheme and open design, the expansive Villa Italia seems made for a congenial gathering of family or friends. All rooms open onto the covered terrace, which surrounds a large garden courtyard with views of the sea in the distance.

BEDROOMS: All six air-conditioned bedrooms open onto the covered terrace and/or garden. There are five king bedrooms plus one bedroom with twin beds. Four bedrooms (including the twin bedroom) have private bathrooms with showers; the other two bedrooms share a bathroom, also with shower. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with French satellite TV and DVD players.
LIVING ROOM / DINING ROOM: The spacious, casual living room includes a variety of seating areas, a pool table, US and French satellite TV, a VCR, and both DVD and CD players The covered terrace is furnished with additional seating and a large teak dining table. WiFi internet access.
KITCHEN: The kitchen of Villa Italia is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster and coffeemaker, plus place settings for twelve. There is an outdoor gas BBQ.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth
RESTRICTIONS: Pets are not allowed.

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.

High season: January 11 to April 15

4 bedrooms: $14,000 per week
2 or 3 bedrooms: $12,000 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
5 or 6bedrooms: $8,500 per week
4 bedrooms: $7,500 per week
3 bedrooms: $6,500 per week
2 bedrooms: $5,500 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10

Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
