BEDROOMS: Each of the two master bedrooms, one on the ground floor, the other upstairs, includes a four-poster king bed, private bathroom with shower and air-conditioning.
LIVING / DINING: The living and dining rooms of Villa Kyody are elegantly furnished in a pleasing mix of modern, antiques, mahogany and teak. The marble-topped dining table seats six. Both rooms open to the BBQ area on one side and to the deck, pool and view on the other. A comfortable extra room upstairs provides a separate viewing area with US satellite TV, DVD, VCR and fax machine. WiFi Internet access.
KITCHEN: The kitchen features a beautiful arched window with a garden view. It is fully-equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster and coffeemaker. The kitchen has place settings for six. Outdoor BBQ.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

We accept credit cards up to a maximum of $5,000 per reservation at no additional charge (MasterCard, Visa and American Express). For our clients outside of North America, we can accept only American Express.
Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.
RATES FOR THIS VILLA
High season: January 11 to April 15
1 or 2 bedrooms: $6,360 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
2 bedrooms: $3,300 per week
1 bedroom: $2,700 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10

Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
