BEDROOM: The air-conditioned bedroom is furnished with a queen sized mahogany four poster bed. There is a ceiling fan and a bathroom with shower.
LIVING / DINING: The attractively furnished living room is air-conditioned and opens to a covered terrace with additional seating and a small sea view. The dining table is located under the shade trees on the pool deck. Living room furnishings include a TV plus DVD and stereo CD players. This villa also has a DSL Internet connection.
KITCHEN: The compact kitchen of Villa Letchie is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, and place settings for six persons. There is an outdoor charcoal BBQ.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.

High season: January 11 to April 15
1 bedroom: $2,100 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
1 bedroom: $1,700 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10
