All of the bedrooms have king beds, quiet air-conditioning and private bathrooms with showers. Each is uniquely furnished.
LIVING ROOM:
Billowing curtains frame the incredible view from the air-conditioned interior. Carved wood tables with mosaic tops, low seating and large floor cushions create an exotic Moroccan ambiance. Furnishings also include TV, DVD, VCR and Stereo/CD. Multi-level decks provide outdoor living areas complete with teak lounge chairs, market umbrellas, built-in seating and breathtaking views.
DINING ROOM / KITCHEN:
There are indoor and covered outdoor dining areas with sea views featuring iron furnishings with mosaic table tops. The open kitchen of Villa Mauresque faces the ocean and is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster and coffeemaker. There are place settings for 10.

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.

High season: January 11 to April 15
4 bedrooms: $22,000 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
4 bedrooms: $16,000 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10
