This colorful new villa provides guests with an authentic Caribbean experience with its lively tropical palette and its dazzling views of the lagoon and the sea. Designed to take full advantage of its setting, all of the villa's major rooms open to the sensational vista. The seaview pool, covered terrace and full range of amenities make this an excellent choice for friends or families. Villa Le Motu is only a few minutes' walk from gorgeous Grand Cul-de-Sac Beach which offers excellent dining, tennis and a variety of water sports.

BEDROOMS: There are two equal bedrooms, each furnished with twin beds that can be combined to make a queen. Both bedrooms open to the terrace and the lagoon view; each has air-conditioning and a private bathroom with shower. A third, smaller bedroom that could accommodate a child is available upon request.
LIVING / DINING: The cheerful living room of Villa Le Motu, which opens to the pool terrace and view, is equipped with US satellite TV, DVD, stereo CD system and WiFi internet access. There are three dining areas, one adjacent to the open plan kitchen, another on the covered terrace overlooking the pool and lagoon, plus a third on the rear terrace, overlooking the garden.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. There are place settings for six and an outdoor charcoal BBQ.
RESTRICTIONS: Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 1 child.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.
