The beautiful modern Villa Océana sits high in the peaceful hills of Vitet. All of the rooms are designed to take full advantage of the dramatic views of Toiny Bay and the sea beyond. Bedrooms set in separate bungalows provide for complete privacy in this elegant hideaway fringed with lush tropical greenery.

BEDROOMS: Both air-conditioned bedrooms have sea views, queen beds, stereo CD players and private bathrooms with showers. Each is located in a separate bungalow just a few steps from the main portion of the house, with access to the deck and pool.
LIVING/DINING AREAS: The spacious living room with colorful furnishings and wood floors overlooks the pool and view. There is a large dining table off the kitchen and as well as a breakfast table. An air-conditioned TV room off the living area includes a TV / VCR and a stereo CD player.
KITCHEN: Villa Océana's modern equipped kitchen also has a sea view. Equipment includes a stove, oven, microwave refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. The kitchen has place settings for 6 and there is an outdoor BBQ.
EXTRAS: High speed WiFi internet access
RESTRICTIONS: Children under 12 years of age and pets not allowed.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

We accept credit cards up to a maximum of $5,000 per reservation at no additional charge (MasterCard, Visa and American Express). For our clients outside of North America, we can accept only American Express.
Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.
RATES FOR THIS VILLA
High season: January 11 to April 15
2 bedrooms: $6,090 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
2 bedrooms: $3,100 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10

Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
