Everything has been carefully calculated with an eye toward refinement and beauty. All of this is set in tropical gardens to delight the senses. Should one choose to venture forth from this privileged aerie, the inviting shops and restaurants of Gustavia as well as the sensational beaches of St. Jean, Saline and Gouverneur are only minutes away.

BEDROOMS: All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The master bedroom is located in a separate, oceanview bungalow with a colonial syle queen bed, French doors, wood floors and a private bath with shower. It has a ceiling fan, plasma screen TV with French satellite system, DVD, CD stereo and personal safe. The second bedroom is perfect for children and a nanny. It has two bunk beds and a single bed in the mezzanine and ceiling fan. The third and the fourth bedrooms open onto the terrace with its seaview. They each include a queen bed, ceiling fan, TV with French satellite system and CD stereo. The third bedroom shares a bathroom with the second bedroom. The fourth bedroom has a private bath with shower. The fifth and sixth bedrooms open onto the terrace. They each include two twin beds that can be arranged into a large bed, ceiling fan and CD stereo. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. The fifth bedroom also has a TV with French satellite system.
LIVING / DINING: Large white sofas plus a blend of antique and teakwood furnishings, wood-paneled walls, ceiling fans, and louvered awning windows create a cool, relaxing environment overlooking the pool. A TV with VCR and a hi-fi with CD provide the indoor entertainment. There is an interior dining area as well as a teak dining table on the large covered terrace, which also includes a lovely sitting area.
KITCHEN: The gourmet kitchen of Villa Pasha is fully-equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster and coffeemaker, plus place settings for 15. There is an outdoor BBQ.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth
ADDITIONAL DEPOSITS: Villa owner requires additional deposits upon arrival for security/damages and house keys. Deposits are fully refundable upon departure if there are no concerns.
RESTRICTIONS: No more than 4 children total and children under 9 years of age are not allowed. Two week minimum stay during the month of August.

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.
