Villa Rayon de Soleil is a charming beach house located directly on one of the island's longest and most beautiful beaches. The villa has 2 floors. The kitchen, dining & living rooms and bathroom with shower, are on the first floor. The bedroom and a second bathroom with a sink are on the second floor. Through the bedroom you have access to a terrace overlooking the beach and the sea.
BEDROOM: The bedroom has a queen bed and air-conditioning.
LIVING ROOM / DINING ROOM: Dining and living rooms are close to the terrace and the beach. Ceiling fan in the living room. Outdoor dining room on the terrace.
FURNISHINGS: Standard beach cottage furnishings inside and outside. Villa Rayon de Soleil's amenities include satellite TV (primarily French channels), DVD, VCR and stereo CD system.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a bar for 2 persons. Equipment includes stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee maker. The kitchen has place settings for 6. Outdoor BBQ near the beach.
RESTRICTIONS: Pets are not allowed.
ACCESS/PARKING: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth. One car parking lot close to the villa.

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.
RATES FOR THIS VILLA
High season: January 11 to April 15
1 bedroom: $2,200 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
1 bedroom: $1,800 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10

Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
