Villa Roc Flamands 5 is set on a hillside with superb sea views in the private estate of Roc Flamands Villas. This is a modern, split level property with bedrooms on the first floor and the tastefully furnished living, dining and kitchen areas on the second floor. Sliding glass doors open onto the terrace to take advantage of the dramatic vista. Located within walking distance of magnificent, uncrowded Flamands Beach.
If additional bedrooms are required, Villa Roc Flamands 5 can be rented in combination with Villa Roc Flamands 7 to create accommodations which include up to six bedrooms, four bathrooms, two living and dining areas, two kitchens, a plunge pool and a jacuzzi.

BEDROOMS: All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with shower. The other bedrooms have twin beds and share one bathroom with shower.
LIVING ROOM / DINING ROOM: The living / dining room is surrounded by sliding doors and has a view of Flamands Bay. Furnished in a pleasing combination of rattan and antiques, the living room includes a TV, DVD and a stereo CD system. The dining room has a table for 6 persons, and there is a second dining table on the terrace.
KITCHEN: Equipment includes stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, blender, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker. The kitchen has place settings for 6, and there is an outdoor BBQ.
SAFETY FOR CHILDREN: The private estate of Roc Flamands is built on a somewhat steep hillside, so children should remain supervised.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.
