Villa Roc Flamands 7 is located on a Flamands hillside with sensational sea views, in the private estate of Roc Flamands villas. Split level villa with the bedrooms on the 1st floor and living room and kitchen on the 2nd floor. Modern villa, with sliding doors facing the terrace and the ocean. From the villa it is possible to walk to the beach. Villa Roc Flamands 7 is one of the few villas in Saint Barth that is fully air-conditioned.
If additional bedrooms are required, Villa Roc Flamands 7 can be rented in combination with Villa Roc Flamands 5 to create accommodations which include up to six bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, two living and dining areas, two kitchens, a plunge pool and a jacuzzi..
RECREATION FACILITIES: Jacuzzi
BEDROOMS: All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom with shower. The other bedrooms have twin beds, and they share a bathroom with shower.
LIVING ROOM / DINING ROOM: Living room and dining room are surrounded by sliding doors and have a view on Flamands bay. Amenities include satellite TV (primarily French channels), DVD player and stereo CD system. The dining room has a table for 6 persons. Ceiling fans in the living room.
KITCHEN: Equipment includes stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, blender, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker. The kitchen has place settings for 10. Outdoor BBQ.
SAFETY FOR CHILDREN: The private estate of Roc Flamands is built on a somewhat steep hillside, so children should remain supervised.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

We accept credit cards up to a maximum of $5,000 per reservation at no additional charge (MasterCard, Visa and American Express). For our clients outside of North America, we can accept only American Express.
Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.

High season: January 11 to April 15
3 bedrooms: $4,750 per week
1 or 2 bedrooms: $4,250 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
3 bedrooms: $3,200 per week
1 or 2 bedrooms: $2,700 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10
