Villa Roc Flamands 8 enjoys an ideal setting in the private estate of Roc Flamands villas. Its exceptional view overlooks spectacular Flamands bay and the offshore islands. Designed in the classic Caribbean style with a terrace all around the house, it includes a large deck as well as indoor and outdoor living rooms. This is a very private villa with a nice pool and one of the few villas in St. Barth that is fully air-conditioned. The sands of sensational Flamands Beach are just down the hill within walking distance.
RECREATION FACILITIES: Pool and jacuzzi
BEDROOMS: Three of the bedrooms are in the main house. All have air-conditioning systems. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom with shower. The other two have twin beds and share one bathroom with shower. The fourth bedroom is close to the villa and has its own entrance. It has twin beds also and air conditioning, private bathroom with shower.
LIVING ROOM / DINING ROOM: Indoor, outdoor, in the sun or under the pavilion, Villa Roc Flamands 8 offers many possibilities of living area. Fully air-conditioned. Large sofa, rattan furniture, TV, DVD, Stereo with CD, 2 phone lines.
KITCHEN: Air-conditioned and fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, blender, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker. The kitchen has place settings for 10.
SAFETY FOR CHILDREN: The private estate of Roc Flamands is built on a somewhat steep hillside, so children should remain supervised.
EXTRAS: Personal safe.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.

High season: January 11 to April 15

3 bedrooms: $6,800 per week
1 or 2 bedrooms: $6,000 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
4 bedrooms: $5,700 per week
3 bedrooms: $5,300 per week
1 or 2 bedrooms: $4,500 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10

Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
