Recently remodeled and tastefully decorated, Villa Summer Breeze is just a short walk from the white sands of gorgeous Grand Cul-de-Sac Beach where there are excellent restaurants and sports facilities.

BEDROOMS: The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and equipped with a safe. The other two bedrooms, one located in the main house, the other in a separate bungalow with its own kitchenette, are both furnished with twin beds. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned, and each has a private bathroom with shower.
LIVING / DINING AREAS: The stylishly furnished living / dining room has French satellite TV (CNN in English), DVD and CD players, plus a high speed Internet connection for your laptop. The interior dining table comfortably seats six, and a second dining table on the covered terrace enjoys the view.
KITCHEN: The spacious kitchen of Villa Summer Breeze is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker and place settings for eight persons. There is also an outdoor BBQ
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

We accept credit cards up to a maximum of $5,000 per reservation at no additional charge (MasterCard, Visa and American Express). For our clients outside of North America, we can accept only American Express.
Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.

High season: January 11 to April 15
3 bedrooms: $7,200 per week
1 or 2 bedrooms: $5,500 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
3 bedrooms: $6,200 per week
1 or 2 bedrooms: $5,200 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10
