Villa Ti-Wa (French Créole for "little king") offers magnificent ocean views from the dining room, living room, master bedroom, deck and pool. Its elegant interior includes a tasteful mix of antiques, rattan and Caribbean hardwoods. Villa Ti-Wa is perfect for those seeking serenity, beauty and privacy.
If additional bedrooms are required, Villa Ti-Wa can be rented in combination with Villa Walhalla to create extraordinary accommodations which include up to seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two living and dining areas, two kitchens and three pools. Villa Walhalla, which was designed by the same architect, is right next door to Villa Ti-Wa and offers the same high level of luxury.

BEDROOMS: Each of the elegantly decorated bedrooms includes a private bath with shower, air-conditioning and French doors. One bedroom includes a king bed and the other has twin beds which can be converted into a king bed.
LIVING/DINING: The beautiful living and dining area faces the deck, pool and sea. In addition to the lovely furnishings, equipment includes satellite TV with US channels, a DVD player, a VCR, a stereo CD system and a fax machine.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, blender, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. The kitchen has place settings for six.
ACCESS/PARKING: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth. Parking close to villa.
RESTRICTIONS: Pets are not allowed.

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.

High season: January 11 to April 15
2 bedrooms: $6,800 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
2 bedrooms: $4,500 per week
1 bedroom: $4,000 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10
