Located in the heights of St. Jean, Villa Voyageur offers dramatic views and easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants of famous St. Jean Bay. Air-conditioning is included in all bedrooms as well as the living room and kitchen. Built on three levels, this spacious villa with its large deck and sunny, oceanview pool is an excellent choice for either couples or a family with children.

BEDROOMS: All three bedrooms, one with a king bed and two with queen beds, are air-conditioned. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor and, on the third floor, a master bedroom with private bathroom and dressing room.
LIVING ROOM / DINING ROOM: The air-conditioned living room of Villa Voyageur overlooks the pool, spacious deck and ocean views. The large indoor and outdoor living/dining areas are furnished in Indonesian hardwoods and rattan. Amenities include US satellite TV, DVD, VCR, stereo CD system and internet access.
KITCHEN: The air-conditioned, gourmet kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, Sub-Zero freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster and coffee maker. There are place settings for eight.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.

High season: January 11 to April 15
3 bedrooms: $5,000 per week
1 or 2 bedrooms: $4,500 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
3 bedrooms: $3,500 per week
1 or 2 bedrooms: $3,150 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10

Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
