BEDROOM: The inviting bedroom includes a king bed, air-conditioning, window screens and a private bath with shower.
LIVING / DINING: The airy, tropical living room of Villa Aja opens to the covered terrace, pool and deck. The comfortable furnishings include TV with French satellite system (news and some other programming is in English) and a DVD player plus a stereo CD. The partially enclosed dining area with teak table and chairs opens to the covered terrace, which has a convenient guest restroom adjacent to the pool.
KITCHEN: The modern, open kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee maker and place settings for 4 persons.
ACCESS: 4WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

We accept credit cards up to a maximum of $5,000 per reservation at no additional charge (MasterCard, Visa and American Express). For our clients outside of North America, we can accept only American Express.
Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.
RATES FOR THIS VILLA
High season: January 11 to April 15
1 bedroom: $3,200 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
1 bedroom: $2,400 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10

Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
