BEDROOM / LIVING: The air-conditioned bedroom with colonial style furnishings and king bed includes a small sitting area and a private bathroom with shower. There is a TV / VCR, Stereo CD and a fax machine in the villa.
KITCHEN / DINING: Villa Au Bon Coin's kitchen and dining area with teak table and chairs are located on the covered terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. There is an outdoor BBQ.
ACCESS: 4WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.

High season: January 11 to April 15
1 bedroom: $3,050 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
1 bedroom: $1,700 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10

Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
