This charming two bedroom villa is only about a one minute walk to the beach and is located in one of the island's most convenient locations. Set in peaceful Anse des Cayes, Villa Blue Palm 1 is just a few minutes' drive to the shopping and restaurants of Gustavia and St. Jean or the magnificent white sands of Flamands Beach.
Villa Blue Palm can be combined with it's next-door twin, Villa Blue Bamboo, and the nearby homes of Villa Okai and Villa Sea-Sand-Sun to create unique accommodations for up to 20 persons. Please see Villa Okai page for details.

BEDROOMS: One of the bedrooms has a king bed and the other has twin beds. Each bedroom includes air-conditioning and a private bath.
LIVING ROOM / DINING ROOM: Tasteful furnishings from Bali as well as glass-top dining table for four persons. Amenities include US satellite TV, WiFi and stereo CD.
KITCHEN: Gas/electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, mixer, coffee-maker. Outdoor BBQ.
ACCESS: 4WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

We accept credit cards up to a maximum of $5,000 per reservation at no additional charge (MasterCard, Visa and American Express). For our clients outside of North America, we can accept only American Express.
Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.
RATES FOR THIS VILLA
High season: January 9 to April 30
1 or 2 bedrooms: $3,500 per week
Low season: May 1to December 17
1 or 2 bedrooms: $3,000 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10

Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
