The spectacular sea views of Villa Costa Nova (New Coast) include the islands of Saba and St. Eustatius. Stone floors, colorful tilework and natural woods contrast beautifully with the whitewashed walls. A small meditation garden adds to the beauty and tranquility of this very private hideaway. The white sands of gorgeous Gouverneur Beach as well as the renowned restaurants and boutiques of Gustavia are only minutes away.

BEDROOMS: The bedrooms are located on either side of the living room and can be accessed from the interior of the villa. One bedroom has a king bed, the other, two twins. Both bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fans and private bathrooms with showers.
LIVING / DINING: The lovely blend of inviting traditional furnishings includes a dining table for 4 plus a French satellite TV, DVD and CD stereo. French doors provide access to the pool, terrace and magnificent view.
KITCHEN: The modern kitchen of Villa Costa Nova is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster and coffeemaker, plus place settings for six persons. There is an outdoor BBQ.
ACCESS: 4WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.
