BEDROOMS: All three air-conditioned bedrooms enjoy sea views. The two king bedrooms open to the pool terrace. Each is equipped with a ceiling fan, window screens, a TV with DVD player, a safe, telephone and a private bathroom with shower. The twin bedroom, located on the lower level, has a mini-fridge, window screens, a TV with DVD player, a safe and private bathroom with shower.
LIVING / DINING: Villa Escapade's spacious living room opens to the covered terrace, pool and view. Comfortably furnished in white, the living room has a French satellite TV (CNN in English), DVD and stereo CD players, and WiFi Internet access. There is seating at the bar that separates the living room from the open kitchen, and a dining table with a view on the covered terrace.
KITCHEN: The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, toaster and coffeemaker. There is an outdoor gas BBQ.
ACCESS: 4WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth
RESTRICTIONS: Children under age 10 and pets are not allowed.

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.

High season: January 11 to April 15
3 bedrooms: $8,700 per week
1 or 2 bedrooms: $7,500 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
3 bedrooms: $5,350 per week
2 bedrooms: $4,350 per week
1 bedroom: $3,550 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10
