This attractive new villa located in the hills above the bay of Grand Cul-de-Sac offers easy access to the gourmet restaurants, driving range and water sports nearby. Villa Galisa is a spacious, comfortable retreat that provides welcome privacy for two couples or a small family with older children. Unlike many villas, it includes air-conditioning in the living room as well as the bedrooms. Built on a single level with wide doorways and no more than one step throughout, this lovely villa is also wheelchair accessible.
RECREATION FACILITIES: Resistance pool and heated jacuzzi
BEDROOMS: The two equal bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the living room. Each has a four poster king bed, air-conditioning, and a private bathroom with shower and large dressing area. One bedroom has a view of the sea and a safe, while the other bedroom overlooks the pool.
LIVING / DINING: This large, air-conditioned room with a comfortable sitting area and a dining table opens to the covered terrace and pool. Villa Galisa's living area is equipped with ceiling fans and satellite TV, plus both DVD and stereo CD players. A second dining table for six is located on the covered terrace.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, blender, dishwasher, toaster and coffeemaker. There are place settings for eight and an outdoor charcoal BBQ.
RESTRICTIONS: Owner must approve families with children.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.

High season: January 11 to April 15
2 bedrooms: $3,750 per week
1 bedroom: $3,000 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
2 bedrooms: $2,500 per week
1 bedroom: $2,000 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10
