This elegantly furnished villa provides fascinating views of the picturesque harbor during the day and colorful sunsets in the evenings. From its convenient hillside location, the famous restaurants and boutiques of Gustavia as well as lovely Shell Beach are all within easy walking distance. Villa Gustavia is built on two levels and includes a large entertainment room with comfortable seating, a big screen TV and a pocket billiards table.

BEDROOMS: Three of the four bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, and the other has a king bed. One bedroom is located on the upper level along with the living room, dining room and kitchen, while the other three bedrooms are located on the lower level along with the entertainment room and pool. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have private bathrooms with showers.
LIVING / DINING: The tastefully furnished living room of Villa Gustavia overlooks Gustavia and the harbor. The adjacent dining area features a large table and easy access to the open plan kitchen. The entertainment room on the lower level provides additional seating, a large satellite TV with VCR and DVD, and a stereo with cassette/CD and a pocket billiards table.
KITCHEN: Equipment includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and coffee maker.
ACCESS: 4WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth
RESTRICTIONS: Children are not allowed.

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.
