Surrounded by lovely gardens, this beautiful property consists of a three bedroom main house and a separate one bedroom cottage suite. The main house includes a pool, indoor and outdoor living areas, three bedrooms with private baths, a fully equipped kitchen and a fitness/game room. The separate cottage suite offers a king bedroom, private bath and kitchen as well as its own private pool and covered terrace with sitting and dining areas. A private footpath leads down to peaceful Corossol beach.
The convenient location of Villa Habitation St. Louis provides easy access to the restaurants and boutiques of Gustavia and the famous sands of St. Jean Bay. This inviting property is perfect for a family or group of friends, particularly if some separation and privacy is desired for one couple.
RECREATION FACILITIES: Two pools and a fitness/game room with exercise gear, a pool table and foosball.
BEDROOMS: Two bedrooms in the main house are located on the upper level and open to large private terraces. Both are furnished with king beds. The third bedroom, with twin beds, opens to the pool deck. The fourth bedroom, located in the separate cottage suite, is also furnished with a king bed and a dressing room. All four bedrooms include sea views, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, personal safes, TV/DVD players and private baths with showers.
LIVING / DINING: Both the main house and the cottage suite offer expansive, covered living / dining terraces with beautiful views over Corossol Bay. The main house also has an attractive interior living room. Both units have French and US satellite TV, DVD players, and WiFi Internet access. There is also a stereo CD system.
KITCHEN: The main kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster and coffeemaker. The cottage kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffeemaker. There is an outdoor gas BBQ.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required for this villa but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth.
RESTRICTIONS: No children under 9 years of age; no pets.
