BEDROOM: The air-conditioned bedroom with king bed features a TV, a DVD player and a CD system. The ensuite bathroom has an enclosed jacuzzi tub with shower, a dressing area and a personal safe. There is additional storage space for luggage on the lower level.
LIVING / DINING: The attractive living room of Villa Hilly opens to a covered terrace with additional seating and a dining table. There is a powder room adjacent for convenience. A large screen TV (French satellite with a few channels in English), a DVD player and a CD system are included in the amenities.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. There is an outdoor charcoal BBQ.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.

High season: January 11 to April 15
1 bedroom: $3,900 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
1 bedroom: $2,600 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10
