Built in the traditional St. Barth bungalow style, Villa Justin combines its convenient location with modern amenities. From this cozy hideaway's setting above the southwest corner of the harbor, the renowned restaurants and boutiques of Gustavia as well as lovely Shell Beach are within easy walking distance.

BEDROOMS: The air-conditioned bedroom with a four poster king bed is located in a separate bungalow and features views of the harbor, a ceiling fan, window screens, a personal safe, a television and a bathroom with shower.
LIVING / DINING: French doors lead from the comfortably furnished living room to the covered terrace and pool. The living area with ceiling fan is air-conditioned and equipped with US Satellite TV, a DVD player and a CD stereo. The dining table on the covered terrace seats up to 6 persons. A convenient guest bathroom is located nearby. The villa also offers WiFi internet access.
KITCHEN: Villa Justin's fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffeemaker. There is an outdoor gas BBQ.
ACCESS: 4WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.

High season: January 11 to April 15
1 bedroom: $3,900 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
1 bedroom: $2,450 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10

Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
