Villa Kyr Royal offers the best of both worlds. While it provides peace and tranquility in a very private setting, it's also conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants of popular St. Jean Bay. Surrounded by lush tropical greenery with a lovely glimpse of the sea, this distinctive retreat and its elegant decor are reminiscent of the British colonial style. A full complement of modern amenities is included.

BEDROOMS: There are two bedrooms in the main house (one king, one twin), and two bedrooms in a separate bungalow (also one king and one twin). The twin bedrooms each have two twin beds that can be configured as a king bed upon request. All four attractively furnished bedrooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans, screens, and private bathrooms with showers.
LIVING / DINING: The tasteful interior living / dining room opens to the covered terrace, large pool and deck, which is home to a Jacuzzi, an outdoor shower, and a BBQ. Villa Kyr Royal is equipped with a home cinema system, US satellite TV, DVD and CD players, a high speed Internet connection for your laptop, a fax machine and a safe. There is a pleasant sitting area on the terrace overlooking the pool and another in the garden. A large teak dining table is located on the covered rear terrace, adjacent to the kitchen and a large gas grill.
KITCHEN: Equipment includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. There is an outdoor gas BBQ.
RESTRICTIONS: No pets
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.
