This spacious, elegant villa is located in the very private estate of Domaine du Levant in Petit Cul-de-Sac. Beautifully decorated and furnished, Villa Lagon Bleu (Blue Lagoon) has an incredible view of the sea, St. Martin and Anguilla. The lovely beach of Petit Cul-de-Sac is just a minute away by car or a few minutes' walk.

BEDROOMS: Three big master bedrooms, each one with king bed and private bathrooms with showers. Each uniquely decorated bedroom includes air-conditioning, a sliding door facing the sea and its own terrace. One bedroom is located at one side of the house, the two others at the opposite end.
LIVING / DINING: Villa Lagon Bleu has a large living and dining room facing the terrace, the pool and the ocean. Rattan furniture, large sofa and 2 big chairs, table, TV, VCR, stereo CD, fax. The dining room has a table for 6 persons. The terrace includes pool chairs and lounge.
KITCHEN: This open kitchen is separated from the dining area by a bar for 4 people. Equipment includes, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, blender, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and place settings for 10. Outdoor BBQ.
ACCESS: 4WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.
