BEDROOMS: One suite with king bed opens onto the terrace; the other suite, with two queen beds, is located on the second floor. Both tastefully furnished suites feature comfortable living areas and excellent privacy along with ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom, with twin beds for children, is located on the ground floor and includes a private bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
LIVING / DINING: The interior living area of Villa La Maison with its elegant furnishings opens onto the terrace with a sitting area and the pool deck. The antique dining table is located on the covered terrace. Amenities include a satellite TV/VCR, a stereo/CD system and a fax machine.
KITCHEN: Equipment includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. There is an outdoor BBQ.
ACCESS: 4WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

We accept credit cards up to a maximum of $5,000 per reservation at no additional charge (MasterCard, Visa and American Express). For our clients outside of North America, we can accept only American Express.
Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.

High season: January 11 to April 15
3 bedrooms: $8,000 per week
2 bedrooms: $7,500 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
3 bedrooms: $4,500 per week
2 bedrooms: $4,300 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10

Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
