This inviting new villa is attractively furnished in a tasteful contemporary style. Conveniently located in Petite Saline (just south of Lorient Beach), Villa Maracudja offers excellent privacy and two equal bedrooms located on opposite sides of the main living area, making it an ideal choice for either couples or a family. A Suzuki rental car is included in the villa rental rate.

BEDROOMS: The two equal bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the living room. Both bedrooms have a queen bed, dressing area, private bathroom with shower, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, personal safe, telephone, and a small private view terrace.
LIVING / DINING: The living / dining room, which overlooks the pool and view, includes a large flat screen TV plus DVD and stereo CD players, as well as a dining table for six. There is a powder room adjacent to the living room for convenience.
KITCHEN: The modern, open kitchen of Villa Maracudja is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster and coffeemaker. The charcoal BBQ is covered and located adjacent to the pool.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth
RESTRICTIONS: Children under age 16 are not allowed.

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.

2 bedrooms: $7,000 per week
1 bedroom: $6,500 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
2 bedrooms: $5,000 per week
1 bedroom: $4,500 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10
