In addition to its convenient hillside location, Villa Marlin offers beautiful sunset and harbor views from its generous terrace and pool.

BEDROOMS: Each of the three air-conditioned bedrooms opens to the interior of the villa and to the terrace and pool. Two bedrooms are furnished with king beds, the third with two twins. All three bedrooms have a private bathroom, one with tub/shower, and two with shower only.
LIVING / DINING: Villa Marlin's spacious central living / dining room with TV, VCR and a stereo CD player opens to the pool and terrace with view. There's an interior dining table for six adjacent to the kitchen, and a second table on the terrace..
KITCHEN: The kitchen is separated from the living / dining room by a bar and is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster and coffeemaker. There is also an outdoor BBQ.
ACCESS: 4WD vehicle recommended for this villa and the hilly terrain of St. Barth. Stairway access from parking area to villa.

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
