Set on a peaceful hillside above Marigot Bay, this elegantly furnished home features multilevel decks and a gorgeous panoramic vista of the sea and northern coast. The dramatic vista can be enjoyed from the pool, jacuzzi and most of Villa Milonga's interior areas. The beaches of Marigot, Lorient and Grand Cul-de-Sac are only a few minutes away.

BEDROOMS: There are three bedrooms with king beds, one with twin beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have private bathrooms with showers. Three of the bedrooms overlook the terrace and pool and the fourth bedroom is located downstairs.
LIVING / DINING: This large space, decorated with a tasteful mix of antiques and art, overlooks the pool and the view. The dining table seats 8 and is located adjacent to the kitchen. There is a TV / VCR and stereo with CD player in the villa.
KITCHEN: Villa Milonga's large, open kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. There is an authentic Argentinian BBQ outdoors.
ACCESS: 4WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth
RESTRICTIONS: Children are not allowed.

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.

High season: January 11 to April 15
4 bedrooms: $10,500 per week
3 bedrooms: $9,500 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
4 bedrooms: $7,000 per week
3 bedrooms: $6,000 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10

Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
