Villa Okai is an ideal beachside home with great sea views and one of the island's most convenient locations. Set on the coast in peaceful Anse des Cayes, this charming villa is just a few minutes' drive to the shopping and restaurants of Gustavia and St. Jean or magnificent Flamands Beach. Villa Okai's tropical landscaping complements its swimming pool and charming interiors.
If additional bedrooms are required, Villa Okai can be rented with any combination of Villa Blue Bamboo, Villa Blue Palm and Villa Sea-Sand-Sun to create accommodations for up to 20 persons. The spacious grounds include ten bedrooms, ten bathrooms, four living and dining areas, four kitchens, four pools and a beachfront jacuzzi.

BEDROOMS: All of the bedrooms include air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The two bedrooms in the main house include king beds and ocean views. Two additional bedrooms (one with king bed and the other with twin beds) are in a separate building near the pool.
LIVING ROOM / DINING ROOM: The spacious living room features a high ceiling and doors that open to the sea views. Furnishings include a sofa, chairs and dining table for 8 persons. Amenities include US satellite TV, DVD, stereo CD system, ceiling fan, fax machine and WiFi internet access.
KITCHEN: Kitchen separated from dining room by a bar. Stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, place settings for 8. Outdoor BBQ.
ACCESS: 4WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.

High season: January 11 to April 15
4 bedrooms: $12,000 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
4 bedrooms: $10,000 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10
