Exquisitely furnished and tastefully decorated, Villa Panoramic View is a peaceful retreat with breathtaking sea views, unforgettable sunsets and easy access into the boutiques and restaurants of Gustavia. The renowned beach of Gouverneur is just a brief drive down the hill.

BEDROOMS: Each of the three bedrooms enjoys a sea view and is furnished with a king bed, TV and DVD player. Two bedrooms are located on the main level; the third is separated for complete privacy and located on the lower level. Each air-conditioned bedroom has a ceiling fan, screens, and a private bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms also have private safes. An air conditioned office located on the lower level is equipped with an Internet connection, fax machine, US satellite TV, DVD and CD players and has a sofa bed that opens to accommodate one adult or two small children. (Owner's pre-approval required for more than 6 persons.)
LIVING / DINING: The expansive living room is furnished with a comfortable, oversized sectional couch facing the view. The covered terrace provides additional, more intimate seating areas. A breakfast bar for six, the large interior dining room, and a table for six on the terrace offer a variety of dining options.
KITCHEN: The gourmet kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffeemaker and place settings for eight persons. There is also a "professional" gas BBQ adjacent to the pool.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.
