The lovely beach of Petit Cul-de-Sac is just a minute away by car or a few minutes' walk.

BEDROOMS: Each of the two air-conditioned bedrooms has a king/twin bed, a ceiling fan, a safe, and private bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms enjoy a beautiful sea view.
LIVING / DINING: The attractive living room of Villa Petit Lagon opens to a covered dining terrace and pool deck, all with a terrific sea view. Furnishings include a TV plus DVD and stereo CD players.
KITCHEN: The compact kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and place settings for six persons. There is an outdoor charcoal BBQ.
ACCESS: 4 WD vehicle not required but recommended for the hilly terrain of St. Barth

Our rates include daily maid service except Sundays and holidays. We provide an escort to your villa upon arrival and local assistance for any questions about your villa during your stay.
Villa rates shown below are subject to a standard 10% administration fee and a 5% St. Barth lodging tax.

High season: January 11 to April 15
2 bedrooms: $5,500 per week
1 bedroom: $5,460 per week
Low season: April 16 to December 14
2 bedrooms: $4,000 per week
1 bedroom: $4,550 per week
Winter Holidays: December 15 to January 10

Charges for additional nights are 1/7th of the weekly rate. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
